Conference

GREENSBORO, NC – The American Southwest Conference was well-represented at the 2009 NCAA South/Southeast Regional hosted by Guilford College on Saturday (Nov. 14) at The Meadows Cross Country Course. McMurry's Carla Lewis and Mississippi College's Jennifer Cooper each advanced to next weekend's NCAA Division III National Championship at Highland Park Golf Course in Cleveland, Ohio.

Lewis placed sixth overall and Cooper was seventh with identical 24:04 times on the 6K course.
