ENTIRE LIST
RICHARDSON, TX --- Three players from the American Southwest Conference -- Mississippi College senior tight end Renard Ellis, Mary Hardin-Baylor defensive back Bryson Tucker and Louisiana College all-purpose man Jordan Rideaux -- have been named All-Americans by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA).
Ellis was the second Choctaw in the last three seasons to be named to the prestigious honor roll, joining current Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jake Allen in 2007. Tucker is the eight member of the Cru to be honored in the last nine years, while Rideaux became LC's first ever AFCA All-American.
