CLINTON, MS -- For the fourth straight year, McMurry has claimed the American Southwest Conference men's and women's track and field titles. The McMurry men totaled 258 points, while the women garnered 231 to raise the trophies on Saturday at James E. Parkman Track at Robinson-Hale Stadium.

Head coach Barbara Crousen's men, the defending NCAA Division III national champion, have now won 11 straight conference crowns, while the women have put together four consecutive ASC championships.

Host Mississippi College was the runner-up on the men's side, followed by Texas-Tyler, Hardin-Simmons and Sul Ross State. Texas Lutheran finished in second place on the women's side, followed by Hardin-Simmons, Mississippi College, Texas-Tyler and Sul Ross State.

Texas-Tyler senior Marc Randle was named ASC Sportsmanship Athlete of the Year on the men's side, while Sul Ross State senior Tammy Cash took the honor for the women.
