Texas-Tyler junior Ross Renfroe (Tyler, TX / Grace Community HS) ran a season-best 27:29 at the 8K Quaker Invitational in Guilford, N.C. Renfroe placed third individually out of 68 runners and also led the Patriots to a third-place team finish. His time is also the fourth-fastest in the ASC this season.

McMurry’s Ken Wheeler ran a 32:46.31 at the 10K Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Ark.
