RICHARDSON, TX -- Hardin-Simmons quarterback Justin Feaster and Mary Hardin-Baylor running back Quincy Daniels and offensive lineman Max Taylor -- all seniors -- have been named preseason All-Americans by D3football.com.

All three were named to the second team on the annual awards list.

Feaster tossed five touchdowns in three games last year before suffering a season-ending injury. In 2008, he threw for a league-high 3,023 yards and 31 TDs. Daniels ran for a league-high 14 scores in 2010 and averaged 98.2 yards per game. Taylor paved the way for a UMHB unit that churned out a conference-high 320.8 yards per contest and allowed only eight sacks.

The 15th season of American Southwest Conference football kicks off on September 4.
