Texas-Tyler senior Jeff Chandler (Longview, TX / Spring Hill HS) won the individual title and also helped the Patriots claim the team title by running a 25:59.46 at the Texas Division III Championships in Abilene, Texas. Chandler’s mark was tops in the conference this season.
