Texas-Tyler senior Danica Weddle (Midland, TX / Western Texas) carded a 77-78—155 to tie for third place at the Hal Sutton Intercollegiate at par-72 The Golf Club at StoneBridge in Bossier City, La. Weddle, who tied with teammate Jordan Sloane, also led the Patriots to a 17-stroke team victory. Weddle and Sloane were the only two golfers in the field to post both rounds in the 70s.Weddle has won or shared the league’s top weekly golfer award three straight times.
