McMurry freshman Destiny Keese (Bellville, TX / BHS) was the top NCAA Division III finisher in the shot put and hammer throw at the David Nobel Relays in San Angelo, Texas, with marks of 40’ 11 ¾” and 137’ 9,” respectively. She now holds the conference’s top marks in each event. The hammer was a season-best, while Keese recorded a 41’ 7 1/4” in the shot put earlier this season.
