Texas-Dallas junior goalkeeper Steven Nicknish (Spring, Texas / Klein HS) made 10 saves and kept both Howard Payne and Hardin-Simmons off the scoreboard in a pair of road victories by the Comets. Nicknish, who played 80:32 minutes against Howard Payne before giving way to teammate Kyler Brown, recorded a shutout in a 1-0 match against Hardin-Simmons with eight saves.
