Ozarks junior Matt Friant (Conwar, Ark. / CHS) posted a 28:09 in the 8K for a top-5 finish at the Ozarks Invitational in Clarksville, Ark. Friant, who place fourth in the field of 48 runners, also helped the Eagles to a third-place team finish in their home event.
