Mary Hardin-Baylor senior outside hitter Sapphire Reid (Copperas Cove, Texas / CCHS) hit .386 with 40 kills to fuel a 3-0 week at home to close out conference play. Reid also added 28 digs, eight blocks and one service ace. In a 3-1 win over fellow ASC tournament team East Texas Baptist, which had entered on a five-game winning streak, Reid registered a match-high 15 kills.
