Cameron Burleson and Mary Hardin-Baylor sophomore defender
Chase Duhon were tabbed Co-Defensive Players of the Year to headline the 2023 ASC Men’s Soccer awards and all-conference teams as voted on by the league’s head coaches.
O’Donnell tied the lead in the ASC for points with 15 and was tied for second in goals with six. He ranked second in the league for total shots with 43 and tied third for shots on goal with 18. O’Donnell has also been named 2021 ASC Offensive Freshman of the Year and been selected three times to the all-conference team.
Duhon helped UMHB post a 7-1 conference record and earn a third consecutive ASC Men’s Soccer Regular Season trophy. He was part of a defense that recorded six overall shutouts and four conference shutout wins. The Cru tied second in the conference in goals allowed (19) and were top three in goals against average.
Mary Hardin-Baylor junior midfielder
Sawyer Young grabbed Midfielder of the Year. He led the league in assists with eight and that tied 10th in the league for points.
Mary Hardin-Baylor freshman goalkeeper

Raul Torrez were selected Co-Goalkeeper of the Year. Owens also claimed Defensive Freshman of the Year honors, as he finished second in the league in fewest goals allowed (10), goals-against average (.870), and save percentage (.796). Torrez was goalkeeper of the year in 2022 and he had second-most saves per game with 5.00-clip. The duo each had five shutouts for third most in ASC and were Players of the Week this fall.

Mims and his Associate Head Coach Manny Iloba guided the Tornados to a 9-6-3 overall record and 6-1-1 ASC record. The Tornados finished second in the standings and finished runners-up in the ASC Men’s Soccer Championship Match that was decided on penalty kicks.
Nineteen student-athletes earned ASC All-Conference honors multiple times. Ozarks forward
Kyle Seymour and LeTourneau midfielder
Emad Mohamed earned their fourth All-ASC awards.
