New Braunfels, Texas –Mary Hardin-Baylor's
Karsen Macias was named the American Southwest Conference Offensive Player of the Year while his teammate
Peyton Hoyt was tabbed the Defensive Player of the Year for the conference. The all-conference teams are voted on by the league’s head coaches.
Macias was a force for the Cru on the pitch by scoring five goals with 21 shots on goal, while leading the conference in three game winning goals. He added four assists and scored 14 points in leading UMHB to the 2025 ASC Regular Season Championship.
Hoyt powered the defense for the Cru during their 2025 ASC Regular Season Championship run. Hoyt helped lead the defense that only allowed 1.05 goals per contest, which was the best in the conference. He also contributed on the offensive side of the ball by putting four goals in the back of the net.

Daniel Villagomez shared
Midfielder of the Year honors. Ruiz scored two goals and had two assists for six points for the Cru. He also helped secure the top defense in the conference with only allowing 1.05 goals per contest. Villagomez scored three goals and had six points for the Cowboys. Villagomez helped anchor a defense that allowed only 1.41 goals per contest.
Mary Hardin-Baylor's
Hughston Taggart was selected Goalkeeper of the Year. He recorded one shutout and 24 saves. Taggart faced 78 shots and only allowed 1.16 goals per contest.
Howard Payne's freshman goalkeeper
Adrian Villa was voted Defensive Freshman of the Year. Villa started 16 games, allowing 2.62 goals per contest, while saving 101 shots. He recorded two shutouts and faced 286 shots.
Lars Clark from East Texas Baptist was named the Offensive Freshman of the Year. Clark started all 19 games, while scoring seven goals, and assisting on two goals for the Tigers. He had 19 shots on goal and finished the season with 16 points.

Joseph Friederich were both
named Sportsmanship Athlete of the Year.
Mary Hardin-Baylor
earned the Coaching Staff of the Year, which is led by Head Coach
Ben Allen. Allen claims his second ASC Coach of the Year honor. Allen and his Assistant Coach
Dylan Fogerty guided the Cru to a 13-2-5 overall record and 5-0-1 ASC record. The Cru finished first in the standings and earned the Regular Season Champion title.
