PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Macey Jones, F, So., East Texas Baptist 
Macey Jones from ETBU averaged 16 points, five rebounds, 2.5 blocks, and one steal per game in a 2-0 weekend at the Rhodes College Invite. She had 13 points and six rebounds with three blocks in the win over Rhodes, shooting 56% from the floor. She then posted 19 points and four rebounds in 16 minutes of play versus Berea College, going 9-of-14 from the floor (64%) with two blocks.

OTHER OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES
 
Jacqueline Berry led the Cowgirls on offense with games of 19 points and 14 points in wins over Berea and Rhodes College on Friday and Saturday. She shot six of 13 and six of 11 in those games for 46 and 55 percent from the floor, respectively, and had four steals and two blocks in the win against Berea.

Caitlyn Panuco powered HPU through its back-to-back homestand, putting up over 14 points per game while nearly averaging six rebounds and six assists in 31+ minutes a night. Her impact was undeniable as she helped push the Yellow Jackets back to .500.
