OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Graycee Mosley, OH, Sr., East Texas Baptist
East Texas Baptist senior outside hitter Graycee Mosley (Troy, Texas) recorded three double-doubles averaging 4.2 kills per set with 63 total kills in a four-match weekend. She also added 55 digs for 3.67 per set with five overall blocks. She posted 14 kills and 10 digs versus Edgewood, 23 kills and 28 digs against #22 UW Eau Claire, 12 kills and 13 digs versus Colorado College, and 14 kills against UW Stevens Point. She hit .569 versus UWSP in three sets with 14 kills on 19 attacks with three errors. Her biggest match came in a top 25 match against UW Eau Claire posting 23 kills and 28 digs in five-set win.
 
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Anita Hancock, MB, Jr., East Texas Baptist
East Texas Baptist junior middle blocker Anita Hancock (Celina, Texas) was a key defender for ETBU in the 4-0 weekend in Colorado with 15 blocks. She averaged a block per set and had six against Colorado College, 5 versus Edgewood, and 4 against UW Stevens Point. She also recorded 29 kills with 11 against #22 UW Eau Claire with 4 digs in the top 25 match.
 

OTHER OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES
Offensive 
Hardin-Simmons sophomore outside hitter Leigh Jespersen (Lorena, Texas) led the Cowgirl attack with 43 total kills in four matches at the weekend tournament hosted by the University of St. Thomas in Houston. She had ten kills against Adrian, 15 kills against Schreiner, and 16 kills against UST. Jespersen also served 15 total service aces for the Cowgirls, with six service aces against both Alverno and UST. She collected 45 digs as well, with two double-doubles of 15 kills and 16 digs against Schreiner and 16 kills and 23 digs against UST.  
 
Mary Hardin-Baylor senior middle hitter Dravyn Hurd (Beaumont, Texas) hit .324 in opening weekend, tallying 27 kills on 68 total attacks. Hurd recorded just five errors in 11 sets played, totaling 32.5 points scored. She averaged 2.95 points per set and 2.45 kills per set. Hurd added two assists, six digs and eight blocks on the weekend.

Defensive
Hardin-Simmons sophomore middle blocker Avery Tumlinson (Johnson City, Texas) led the Cowgirls in blocking with 12 total blocks in four games. She averaged over a block a set at 1.09 playing in 11 sets. Tumlinson hit for .300 as a middle blocker and finished with 18 kills in 40 total attacks with only six errors in four games.
 
Mary Hardin-Baylor junior outside hitter Peyton Sedlacek (The Woodlands, Texas) totaled 52 digs over three matches last week, averaging .473 digs per set. She added one kill, four assists and three aces.
