WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Hardin-Simmons senior Malik Pratt placed seventh in the 400 meter dash finals at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship to become the Cowboys' first All-American.

After setting the fastest time in the nation in Division III earlier this year, Pratt qualified for the Championships. He had the second fastest prelimary time, but finished seventh in a time of 49.15 seconds in the finals.

LeTourneu's Jack Miller earned All-America honors in the pole vault on Friday to give the American Southwest Conference two for the year.
