Collegiate Baseball/ABCA Top 40

RICHARDSON, Texas - UT Dallas and East Texas Baptist represented the American Southwest Conference in this week's D3baseball.com/National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Top 25 Poll as well as the Collegiate Baseball/American Baseball Coaches Association Top 40.

The Comets (17-6, 10-5 ASC) dropped eight spots in the D3baseball poll to No. 13 and move to No. 14 in the Collegiate Baseball poll after being swept by McMurry at home. UTD will travel to Sul Ross State for a three-game set beginning Friday.

The Tigers (19-7, 16-2 ASC) received 51 votes in the Collegiate Baseball poll and 15 votes in the D3baseball poll after sweeping Sul Ross State at home. ETBU will play at Mary Hardin-Baylor this weekend.
