MEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK – Parker McCurdy, Gr., UT Dallas
UT Dallas graduate student Parker McCurdy (Seguin, Texas) placed eighth at the DBU Classic in Rockwall. He recorded a 72-71-77=220 (+4) to close the fall season for the Comets. McCurdy tallied 11 birdies, ranking third in the tournament.
 
WOMEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK – Amada Menchaca, Jr., Howard Payne
Howard Payne junior Amada Menchaca (Blanket, Texas) finished 11th at the Crusader Cup in Westworth Village after a second round 81 helped her jump ten spots. Menchaca carded an overall 173 (+29) as she ranked top 10 in par 3 shooting (3.50) and top 20 in number of pars (10).
