New Braunfels, Texas – University of Mary Hardin-Baylor claimed the 2026 ASC Men’s Tennis Regular Season Championship after finishing conference play undefeated. The Cru, led by Daniel White, closed the season with a 9-7 overall record and earned the right to host the ASC Championship in Belton at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center.
Adding to an already impressive season, the Cru women’s team also captured the ASC Championship on their home courts in Belton this weekend, securing the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.

No. 1 seed Mary Hardin-Baylor (3-0, 9-5) will face off against Howard Payne after defeating them in their last match to secure the conference championship.
No. 2 seed East Texas Baptist (2-1, 11-7) comes in as the number one seed after finishng the conference season with a lone loss. The Tigers have had a solid season so far, sitting at 11-7 overall. The Tigers were the 2025 ASC Tournament Champions and represented the ASC in the NCAA Tournament.
No. 3 seed Hardin-Simmons (1-2, 10-9) will compete against No. 2 East Texas Baptist after a close 4-3 defeat in the last conference game of the season Saturday, April 18. The Cowboys captured the 2025 regular season title.
No. 4 seed Howard Payne (0-3, 2-14) comes in at the number four spot, looking for their first conference win of the season. They will take on No. 1 Mary Hardin-Baylor
