New Braunfels, Texas — A total of 945 students from American Southwest Conference member institutions and one affiliate institution have earned 2025-26 ASC Academic All-Conference honors following the conclusion of the academic year.

The honorees represent 16 championship sports, along with athletic training and sports information/media relations students, recognizing excellence both in competition and in the classroom.

To be eligible for Academic All-Conference recognition, student-athletes must have completed at least one academic year (two consecutive semesters) at their institution and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 grade point average (GPA) following the spring semester. Athletic training and sports information/media relations students are nominated by their institution's Director of Athletic Training or Sports Information Director and must be in good standing with both their program and institution.

Among conference institutions, Hardin-Simmons led the way with 269 honorees, followed by East Texas Baptist (265), Mary Hardin-Baylor (250) and Howard Payne (154). Women's golf affiliate member UC Santa Cruz named 7 student-athletes to the list for a conference total of 945 Academic All-Conference selections.
