CLAREMONT, California – The East Texas Baptist men’s tennis team closed their season at the NCAA DIII Men’s Tennis Championship Tournament Second Round.

The Tigers fell 4-0 to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. The Stags earned the doubles point with wins in the first and second flights. They followed with singles wins in Flights 1, 3 and 6 for the victory.

East Texas Baptist claimed the 2025 American Southwest Conference Champion Title and earned the ASC Automatic Qualifier to the national tournament. The Tigers went 14-5 overall in their 2025 season campaign and went 3-1 in conference play this year.
