Crousen was named the South/Southeast Region Male Coach of the Year while Cunningham was named South/Southeast Region Male Track Athlete of the year. For Crousen, the 13th-year head coach, it was her eighth selection as the region's Coach of the Year on the men's side.

Cunningham becomes the 14th McMurry athlete, male and female, to be named as the USTFCCCA regional athlete of the year.
