DALLAS, Texas –
Hardin-Simmons earned the 2025 American Southwest Conference Men's Tennis Regular Season Champion title and the right to host the 2025 ASC Men’s Tennis Championship Tournament.
This will be the 27th ASC Men's Tennis Championship Tournament held.
Hardin-Simmons will host the Championship Tournament April 24-26 in Abilene. The top three seeds receive a first-round bye and will await the winners of the quarterfinal on Thursday, April 24
th.

No. 1 seed Hardin-Simmons (8-12, 4-0) went undefeated in conference action to earn the right to host the ASC Championship Tournament. They will compete against the winner of LeTourneau and Howard Payne in the semifinals on Friday afternoon. The Cowboys entered the ASC tournament last season as the No. 2 West seed, earning a quarterfinal win over Ozarks before falling to East Texas Baptist in the Semifinals. Hardin-Simmons has claimed eight conference titles with the last in 2022.
No. 2 seed East Texas Baptist (12-4, 3-1) and
No. 3 seed Mary Hardin-Baylor (7-10, 2-2) will compete in the semifinals on Friday at 10 am. ETBU earned a 5-2 win over UMHB earlier this season. The Tigers earned the No. 1 East seed last season and claimed a 5-3 semifinal win over Hardin-Simmons before falling to Concordia Texas in the Championship match. The Cru made a tournament appearance in the 2024 campaign as the No. 3 West seed before falling to UT Dallas in the quarterfinal.
No. 4 seed LeTourneau (8-10, 1-3) and No. 5 seed Howard Payne (1-12, 0-4) will compete in the quarterfinal match on Thursday, April 24
th. LeTourneau defeated Howard Payne 6-1 in their final match of the regular season to claim the No. 4 seed.
