BELTON, Texas – LeTourneau advances to the American Southwest Conference Semifinals after a 4-0 win over Howard Payne on Thursday afternoon in Belton.

LeTourneau claimed the doubles point with wins from Emma Boulanger and Maddie Nichol in Flight 2 and Kylie Weeks and Chloe Tesser in Flight 3. The YellowJackets then added the second point with a 6-0, 6-2 win from Chloe Tesser in Flight 2. Kylie Weeks then added the third point with a 6-1, 6-1 win at Flight 5 before Maddie Nichol clinched the match in Flight 4 with a 6-1, 6-1 victory.

Due to weather conditions the Semifinal matches were postponed to Friday, May 2^nd. The YellowJackets will face Mary Hardin-Baylor at 9:00 am on Friday at UMHB’s Yvonne Li Tennis Center. Hardin-Simmons and East Texas Baptist will also compete at 9:00 am at Lake Belton High School.
