Kittredge headlines 2025 ASC Women's Tennis Awards

DALLAS, Texas – Mary Hardin-Baylor junior Erin Kittredge was named Most Valuable Player to headline the 2025 American Southwest Conference Women’s Tennis Awards, released Tuesday.
 
Mary Hardin-Baylor junior Erin Kittredge went undefeated in conference action in flight one singles and flight two doubles. She went 10-7 in Flight 1 singles overall and totaled 10 doubles wins in flight 2 this season. Kittredge helped the Cru to a Regular Season Champion title as the team went 4-0 in ASC action. 
 
Hardin-Simmons’ Sydney Tomlin and Howard Payne’s Hannah Lightner were named Co-Freshman of the Year. Tomlin went 2-2 in conference singles action and 3-0 at Flight 2 doubles. She recorded seven singles wins overall this season, with six in Flight 3, and five doubles wins. Lightner competed in Flight 1 singles and doubles all season. She earned six wins on the season in singles and eight doubles wins, including victories over LeTourneau and UT Dallas.
 
Mary Hardin-Baylor Head Coach Daniel White was named ASC Coach of the Year after a great season for the Cru. He guided his team to ten wins and won the ASC Regular Season Champion title going 4-0 in conference play.
