2026 ASC Women's Tennis Championship Bracket Announced

New Braunfels, TexasUniversity of Mary Hardin-Baylor has finished American Southwest Conference (ASC) play as the 2026 Regular Season Champions, earning the right to host the ASC Championship Tournament on April 24–25 in Belton, Texas at Yvonne Li Tennis Center. The Cru completed an undefeated conference season at 3-0 and hold a 10-5 overall record.

Mary Hardin-Baylor will also host the men’s tennis tournament May 1-2 after finishing conference play 3-0 and securing the regular season title.

No. 1 seed Mary Hardin-Baylor (3-0, 10-5) claimed the regular season championship and will host No. 4 Howard Payne. The two teams met earlier this season, with the Cru earning a 6-1 victory.

No. 2 seed Hardin-Simmons (2-1, 8-12) finished with its only conference loss coming against Mary Hardin-Baylor. The Cowgirls will face No. 3 seed East Texas Baptist in the opening match of the championship on Friday, April 24 at 10:00 a.m.

No. 3 seed East Texas Baptist (1-2, 9-8) secured the No. 3 seed after a narrow 4-3 loss to Hardin-Simmons in the final conference match of the season. The Tigers are led by first-year head coach Tommy Heim.

No. 4 seed Howard Payne (0-3, 4-12) enters the tournament after finishing fourth in the standings and will face top-seeded Mary Hardin-Baylor in the opening round. The two programs most recently met in Belton in the final match of conference play.
